The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has officially released the final list of successful candidates for the 2024/2025 recruitment exercise into the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Customs II (ASC II).
Candidates who participated in the recruitment exercise are advised to verify their status by visiting the official Nigeria Customs Service recruitment portal and checking announcements published in selected national newspapers.
How to Check the NCS Final List
Applicants can confirm their recruitment status through the official Nigeria Customs Service website. Successful candidates will also receive notifications via their registered email addresses and SMS.
Medical Certificate Upload Begins July 29, 2026
The Nigeria Customs Service announced that the portal for uploading Medical Certificates of Fitness will become active on Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
Successful candidates must obtain a valid Medical Certificate of Fitness from a government recognized hospital and upload it within one week after the portal opens.
What Successful Candidates Must Do
Successful applicants are required to:
- Check their recruitment status on the official portal.
- Upload a valid Medical Certificate of Fitness.
- Update their current state of residence.
- Accept the provisional offer of appointment by selecting the “Accept Offer” button.
- Wait for the issuance of their Trainee Identification Number (TIN), which will be communicated within one week after completing the required steps.
Documentation and Physical Screening
The Nigeria Customs Service stated that details regarding physical screening, documentation requirements, venues, and reporting dates will be communicated through official channels after candidates complete the online requirements.

The Service emphasized that all successful candidates must strictly comply with the stated requirements and deadlines. Failure to upload the required documents or complete any stage within the specified timeline may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the provisional offer of appointment.
