According to entertainment blogger Cutie Juls, the singer’s legal team submitted a formal complaint that led to Iyabo Ojo being summoned to a police station in Abuja. While official police confirmation remains pending, the report claims the petition accused the actress of making defamatory statements and interfering with ongoing investigations.
The situation stems from Iyabo Ojo’s vocal stance following the death of singer Mohbad, during which she openly criticized Naira Marley and called for accountability. However, the blogger alleges that Naira Marley’s team has now turned the tables, accusing the actress of falsely exonerating him and circulating misleading information through fake social media accounts.
