No Southern candidate can defeat Tinubu except GEJ – Deji Adeyanju

Popular lawyer and activist Deji Adeyanju opines that no Southern presidential aspirant stands a chance against President Bola Tinubu, except former President Goodluck Jonathan.

Sharing his thoughts on X, Adeyanju suggested that the most viable opposition ticket would be a Goodluck Jonathan and Rabiu Kwankwaso pairing, or a younger Northern candidate running alongside Peter Obi.

He added that Atiku Abubakar lacks the appeal to energize the youth vote, which could cost him crucial support.

His words …

“The coalition best ticket in my view is may be GEJ/Kwankwaso or if they want to go north, a young northerner/Obi but no southern candidate can defeat Tinubu except GEJ. And Atiku is too old, he won’t excite young voters. Opposition need to excite young voters.

My 2027 prediction:
Obi will win online;
Atiku will win the coalition ticket;
Tinubu will win the election.
Fresh shouting of Not My President.

But how can all these be prevented?”
