Temi Otedola Adopts Husband’s Surname After Lavish Weddings With Mr Eazi
Nollywood actress Temi Otedola, daughter of billionaire businessman Femi Otedola, has officially updated her surname to Ajibade following her marriage to Nigerian singer Oluwatosin Ajibade, popularly known as Mr Eazi.
The couple, who announced their engagement in April 2022, sealed their union with a series of intimate ceremonies across three countries.

Their wedding journey began in Monaco on May 9, coinciding with the late birthday of Mr Eazi’s mother. This was followed by a traditional Yoruba ceremony at the Otedola family residence in Dubai, before culminating in a white wedding in Iceland in August.
A quick check on Temi’s Instagram profile now shows her name changed to Temiloluwa Ajibade, confirming the update.
The billionaire daughter’s decision to take her husband’s surname has generated buzz online, with many praising her for the gesture despite the prestige long attached to the Otedola name.
While some social media users hailed the actress for embracing marriage traditions, others sparked lighthearted debates over whether men should also consider taking their wives’ surnames.
