The company is looking for a results-oriented sales professional with extensive experience in the rice or flour milling industry. The successful candidate will lead revenue growth, strengthen distribution networks, and expand the market presence of the company’s rice products.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Manage and expand institutional sales, open market distribution, and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) channels.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Increase product visibility and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
- Deliver excellent customer service and key account management.
- Achieve sales revenue and volume targets while driving business growth.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess:
- B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar position within a rice or flour milling company.
- Demonstrated experience managing institutional, open market, and HORECA sales channels.
- A proven history of achieving sales growth and expanding market reach.
- Strong negotiation, sales closing, leadership, and key account management skills.
