Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has reacted strongly after her colleague Lizzy Anjorin laid heavy curses on her, following a pregnancy prayer request made during Nathaniel Bassey’s ‘Dress like your miracle’ Hallelujah Challenge.
The drama began after Nkechi publicly prayed for the fruit of the womb during the prayer request program, saying she believed it was her season to conceive. Shortly after, Lizzy Anjorin went live on social media, accusing Nkechi of hypocrisy and mocking her prayer request, before laying curses on her.
In a fiery response, Nkechi took to her Instagram live session to clap back, warning Lizzy never to mention her late mum’s name.
“It shall not be well with you, you will not prosper Lizzy Anjorin. How much do you have that you are making noise? You will not reap the fruit of your labor. If I ever hear my late’s mum’s name in your mouth again, I will beat you blue black,” Nkechi ranted.

As expected, fans have flooded social media with different reactions, while some condemned Lizzy’s outburst, others praised Nkechi for returning the same energy to her colleague.

The two actresses, known for their long-standing rivalry, have clashed several times in the past over personal and industry-related issues. This latest exchange, however, came up because, according to Lizzy, Nkechi is in support of her biggest rival, Iyabo Ojo.
