NJFP Reinstatement 2026: How to Appeal Your Delisting from the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme

The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) has advised participants who have been delisted from the programme to submit a formal request for reinstatement if they believe their removal was made in error or if there are exceptional circumstances that warrant reconsideration.

Eligible applicants must submit their appeal exclusively through the UNDP Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) Portal. Requests sent through any other channel will not be considered.

Who Can Apply for Reinstatement?

You may submit a reinstatement request if:

• You believe your delisting was made in error.
• You have exceptional circumstances that should be considered by the programme management.
• You can provide valid supporting documents to back your appeal.
• Please note that submitting a reinstatement request does not guarantee approval.
• Every application will be reviewed based on the programme’s eligibility criteria and the evidence provided.

How to Submit Your NJFP Reinstatement Request

Follow these steps carefully:

• Visit the UNDP GRM Portal: https://undpgrm.ng/create/ticket/1
• Select “Dismissal without cause” as the complaint category.
• Upload all the required documents.
• Submit your application for review.

Required Documents

Applicants must upload the following:

• Reinstatement request letter
• Valid means of identification
  National Identification Number (NIN) slip
• Degree or HND certificate
• NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate
• Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Incomplete applications may not be considered during the review process.

• Only requests submitted through the UNDP GRM Portal will be reviewed.
• Submission of an appeal does not automatically result in reinstatement.
